Metabolic Reboot
I designed my 6-week Metabolic Reboot Program to help you achieve maximum results.
During the Phase 1, you’ll track your behavior and develop healthy new habits. We’ll also focus on core strength training. In Phase 2, we’ll continue tracking your behavior while increasing your protein intake and activity level. And in Phase 3, you’ll continue to build on your new habits while I make sure that you’re hitting your targets. This is where it all comes together.
